I have a question for the Academic history part there is no option to enter a dual degree program, so I am having to enter separately for my undergraduate and graduate, but for this should I recalculate my GPA or enter the combined GPA for both?

I think if the app fee matters to you, you can go for R2 as well... there’s not much difference.. Cornell will surely give an app fee waiver but might take time
I’m also waiting for the fees waiver. But my recommender did not receive the link. What can be done? Have been trying for 3-4 days now.

In case you are waiting for app fee waiver, go for R2 or maybe try reaching adcom without being too pushy. Cornell usually doesnt differentiate between R1 and R2 candidates.
Yes, I have done my undergrad in English and have official documents to support that. Would you suggest that I mail it to them and request them for a waiver? Considering that the R1 deadline is less than a day away, will my application be found complete?

just write in application that undergraduation was done in English hence you are asking for the waiver
