Had the same problem with a recommender who got email from other schools tho. I deleted that recommender (in the portal) and tried his personal email and the email went in seconds. In the optional section of the recommendation I asked my recommender to mention that there was trouble receiving the email for the organisational email and if Cornell needs any clarification they can email both personal and professional anytime.

I mean the deadline is tomorrow. You can maybe submit LoRs after deadlines but I’m sure you cannot send recommender emails post deadline. Be decisive folks
