i got the status updated to incomplete but didn’t get the mail so i reached to them and provided the degree certificate with the medium of instruction as English which i already attached with the transcript with the incomplete notes from the portal 2 weeks back this week again i got the mail incomplete with the same reason and the crazy thing is i have used the same document last year application and no issues or concerns raised. I dropped the same file again but no response from the admissions team any one faced the same situation and what else can we do

Yes..exactly same thing happened with me. And no response yet

Same with me last week, I didn’t get any notification by email. I found out through the portal. I shoot them an email with my documents there and in a couple of days they replied back and updated my status in the portal to "Under Review". I guess if you have send it to them, wait for their reply in a couple of business days. If no reply yet, make sure you send to the right admissions email and follow up again.
