Mine changed to review sometime back, and it changed to Incomplete with the following message.
"GMAT Score Report Missing - admissions team will try to locate the score report and contact the applicant if the report is still unable to be located"
It has been stuck here for 1+week. Should I send them a mail?

Call them, you should have already done that based on the Cornell history based on their delays

It is better to call them soon and figure this out.
