Do you need to apply separately for Jerrferson and Oculus?

Not sure about Oculus but yes Jefferson needs a separate application. I first got invited to apply for Jefferson Fellowship via an email - I heard that invitation to apply is based on GMAT/GRE scores but I'm not sure. Then I applied separately - note that Jefferson has a deadline 2 weeks earlier than the Round 1 application; but the essays for Jefferson Fellowship is the same as Darden application.

Yep! Jefferson is through a separate portal and I applied before I submitted R1 application

I don’t think so... however Jefferson requires in-person interview so it may be difficult if you live in another country.
