Please how did you secure a guaranteed interview ?

Got a email about a portal updated. Not invited to interview. But also not an outright WL or Deny

I got something that states that I haven’t received an invite but I’m not rejected and still my application is under consideration. Is it something that Duke usually does or it’s an indirect rejection

Is Duke strict on YOE ? Didn’t get a interview invite either but did great in other schools

Same! From what I understood, we will get to know the final decision (waitlist or deny) on 12th December. (R1 applicant) If waitlisted, the candidate will be considered for the next round.

My doubt is... has everyone who did not get an invite receive this status. Or only a fraction do with other getting a ding?

Oh..my bad. I talked to a 2nd year Student last week, and he said that he had applied in the EA round but got an interview in round 4. I hope someone here can give more insights about their waitlists.
