Yes. It should be in one single word or pdf file. So we need to keep heading like Essay 1, Essay 2, Essay 3 and Essay 4 (if writing the optional essay).

Ok. I guess not to include essay title means the essay question itself. So you can mention Essay 1, Essay 2, Essay 3 etc... Else just use 1), 2) , 3) left align the numbers,

Basically too many applications and too many instructions are confusing lol :-)

Hello, video essay is a component of the application. Without the video essay the application is incomplete. So u need to complete it and submit it along with the application.
