Just had my interview with Kate Piasecki. Although it felt quick, it lasted exactly 30 minutes.
1. My education related stuff – Internship details
2. How I got my first post-undergrad recruitment.
3. Why I chose my first company and role.
4. My promotions and career progression.
5. Why I left my first company and joined the second (and the same question applied to my next switch).
6. Leadership structure of my reports, supervisors..
7. Current project I’m working on. Not just responsibilities.
8. Why MBA?
9. Why Goizueta?
10. Follow-ups on ST/LT/Plan B goals and target companies).
11. Strengths/Values I’ll bring to Goizueta, along with a weakness.
12. How different people would describe me: My supervisor? My colleagues/reports? My friends/family?
13. An example of one such value I mentioned in my 12th response.
14. Any questions I had for her.
There were a couple of questions I can’t recall, but other than that, expect follow-ups. Despite the number of questions, the conversation felt very natural, engaging.
my friend interview lasted for only 20minuted and he said"admission director forwarded him her email id".he was so stressed as it lasted for only 20minutes
