Hi everyone, I hope most of you are done with the R-1 application submission.
I have also submitted my application at the R-1 deadline, but when I am checking the application status, it says “Video essay pending”. Although I completed video essay before submitting the application for R-1.
I also got an email after 1 week of the R-1 deadline, asking me to submit only 1 pending material i.e. 1-LOR, no where they mentioned that video essay is pending.
Anyone facing the same issue ? Is it some kind of portal issue ?

I think it’s a glitch cos the video essay is a prerequisite for submission. You can reach out to admissions to clarify though.
