Hi Guys,

What is the probability for an international candidate to get in the fourth round?
snigdharao, usually, it's pretty slim.
Most importantly, if a certain % of students are already selected in the cohort, then no-matter-what how great the profile be - the AdCom cannot move the needle.

However, the selection is STILL possible and depends upon the profile and its attributes such as GPA, GMAT, Work Exp, Impact created, diversity factor, ethnicity, application, interviews etc.
Oddly enough, we have seen some great success stories in the last round!

All the best. :)

Hey what is the acceptance Ratio for someone who has been selected for phase 3. Assuming initital profile evaluation and kira round being the other two phases. I have my interview tomorrow. Any suggestions what is something I should take care of?

Hi,
No one can you give an answer for such a question. it all depends on your credentials.

For interview, you must be very focued on you MBa goals. Most importantly, focus on diversity in teams, how you can resolve the conflicts, failures in life.....etc.

You can visit this link for RSM interview questions:

https://gmatclub.com/forum/erasmus-rott ... brief.html

Good luck. You can ask me anything about RSM too.

P.S. It would be nice by you if you van mentioned you Kira questions. The community would be grateful to get helpful input from you.

Hi Guys,

I had my interview yesterday, it was okay, a bit stressful.

How long does RSM usually take to let you know of their final decision?

Hi all. I know I'm a bit too late to apply to RSM as I plan to do it by the October 6 deadline. My question is regarding this itself. What are my odds to get into RSM if I apply by the last but one deadline? Is it even worth a shot or no? Just wanted to assess my chances.. Thank you.

Heya, I received my admit yesterday (23rd July). My personal interview was conducted on 17th July.

I guess they take less than 14 days to inform. All the best! :)

If a certain % of students are already selected in the cohort, then no-matter-what how great the profile be - the AdCom cannot move the needle.

anuakh, shoot an email for a profile-review with your ethnicity and background to the AdCom.
You will have a better idea of the selection chances.

It's better to fetch the status-quo from the AdCom than to apply without knowing the odds.
And, there is NO harm in trying to reach the AdCom: They truly appreciate pro-activeness.

Just to assist you better:
anuakh, RSM conducts a CV assessment for its full-time MBA course: CV assessment Link
Furthermore, the sooner applicant starts interacting, MORE is the official information from the respective school - They may also guide you BETTER.

I believe the the pros outweigh the cons!

Keep us posted if you have any further queries.

XyLan, Oh okay.. yeah that's true, it is better to know the odds.. and that is some really useful info! It actually didn't even occur to me that we can do this! Thank you so much for this, and for the CV assessment link, too! That's some great help!! :D I will definitely mail them as well as use their CV assessment option.

Hi all,

Just had my Kira interview. My questions were:
- how have you managed conflict in a diverse group
- how have you managed multiple projects that were difficult to meet / impossible to handle
- ceo email to employees, moving 20% staff across the country

Think went ok but then hard to know what others say and how good my responses are v others so will see ??‍♀️
