It wasnt grilling , more like going deep into the things you mentioned in your previous answer
The basic questions were same .
Why mba ? Why noow ?
Why foster ?
Challenges and how you faced it?
Be ready to answer about the diversity , inclusion and equity question . It is their mission statement and she would like to know how you have practised those values
These were the only generic questions.
Apart from that all the questions come out of what you say .
For example : i am part of a neurologically challenged group as an ally in my org . She asked more on what i do, what i experienced .
So be cautious of what you say , because she will pick up on it to check if you are genuinely saying it
Apart from that her energy was just like any other interviewer .
Also another question she frequently asks is about any cultural challenges you faced in your job
