From what I know candidates typically choose to use the same presentation across interviews - In fact, even the interview instructions mention that you don’t need two separate presentations, you can make one and present it in both interviews. In terms of sample topics, the field is pretty open, but Allison (who is the recruitment manager for South Asia) told me that when in doubt, approach it like a case. So something that can show strategic decisions and results - like a project at work -would be a safe bet. But, I would highly recommend that you speak to your recruitment manager about it in their open hours. Allison was an amazing support for me, and I’m sure your recruitment manager will have some advice for you when you get to it
I second that.
As per my experience, the interviewers see your storytelling skills, and if that topic is somehow related to your story(be it some project at work, or something that you’re privately working or are passionate about)
Just make sure whatever you choose, you’re confident about it
