What do you guys think we will do on AD?
Case? or business plan?

It is usually a simulation of a real class, so be prepared to prepare a case prior to your participation.
If you had the chance to participate in any open class of IESE you should expect something pretty similar.

When I participated, they told me they would look at how I engage with my colleagues and also some other basic skills such as communication, leadership, etc.
I believe it is a good chance for you to show yourself, so also try to relax and be your real-self.

First of all, parabéns on the admit to IESE!

Do you think being invited to interview but not to AD is either a good or bad sign? Or am I overthinking it?

Hi, Everyone, the promised timeline for announcing R2 result is end of March.
Anyone knows if IESE will usually send out their decision at last minute (just like interview notification), or they will send the result in 2-3 weeks after your interview?

I have a friend who wasn't invited to AD and was admitted in the end, I don't have a final answer to that but I don't believe it is a bad sign at all!

Agree, also, I assume the results would also depend on the Assessment Days which are at end of Feb and the first week of March, so per the timeline, they would be informing us 2-3 weeks after anyways (depending on which AD date you get).

The interview debriefs suggest that for those who have put down consulting as a goal, they have conducted additional interviews in the past with consultants who asked case questions. Do we expect to see that this year? The schedule only suggests a singular interview and an AD, but I don't know if they plan to include this sort of interview as part of the AD.

Hey all. I am just curious if anyone thinks it is beneficial to attend the open day if you have already attended a previous one. It looks like a very similar agenda, but wanted to see if anyone else saw a benefit to attending multiple of them.

Hi All,

Just wanted to check if anyone has insights into IESE waitlisting process. I was waitlisted for R1 application and since then have reached out for feedback, submitted additional documents/recommendations etc. but have not heard back. Any insights or similar experiences would be highly appreciated

A week after the last assessment day is what we were told (last one was on the 6th). The website says the latest you'll find out is by the 23rd. So I'd say anywhere from the 15th to the 23rd.
