Hey guys. Two questions:

a) I got this response when I applied for a profile evaluation on the IESE website. Can anybody help me understand what is the range of responses generally like- do they say yes to everyone, do they write strongly encouraging messages to some and more guarded ones to others, and so on?

"Your profile is eligible for IESE's Full-Time MBA Program. However, please keep in mind that you are being considered within a highly competitive pool. It will be important for you to differentiate yourself and highlight your special traits in the application. Please note that the Admissions Committee takes a well rounded view of candidates and looks at many parameters like academic performance, leadership potential, GMAT etc. prior to taking the final decision.

b) Does submission additional LORs help your profile? The school says you can submit up to three

From the decision tracker, I see that the first interview reported was around Oct 28th. How far from the Round 1 deadline was that? That will give us some approximation on when we can hear back :)

Got it. I also want to quickly correct myself that Oct 28th was the date someone was interviewed in Round 1. So, he/she must have received the interview invite around Oct 15-20 timeline I guess.
