If IESE has the option to delete and add new recommenders (most schools do), put in an acquaintance's mail in your recommendation option and trigger the mail. Double check if the mail was recieved. If yes, it's better you connect directly with your primary recommender and help them out (screen sharing). If the mail wasn't even recieved, it's best you reach out to the adcom. PFB my profile details: Nationality: India WE: 52 Months Industry: Analytics & Consulting Current Designation: Consultant GMAT Score: 660(Q48, V34, IR8) and 670(Q43, V38, IR5) Extra-curriculars: State Level Cricket Player, Co-founded multiple clubs/chapters in college, Organized multiple events in college, including a flagship marathon seeing a footfall of 4000+, Basic proficiency in French (Completed A1.1 and A1.2 from Alliance Francaise, New Delhi) . Hi everyone, I applied to R2. Do you know if the interview decision and the final decision are communicated on the exact date provided by IESE website (24 January& 18 March) or can we expect and answer before then? good luck to everyone

Do you guys know what is the GRE average for IESE?

Hi. Based on my R1 experience, interview results are communicated on the date mentioned in the website, while final decision can be communicated earlier over phone (around 7-10 days earlier) if you need the decision earlier (you’ll need to communicate your requirement to the AdCom).
