Got it, thank you! Also, I know different schools have different systems here but did anyone reach out to the regional directors or any members of the admissions committee before submitting the application and stay connected throughout the application process? I’m considering that solely because I’m applying in the later rounds (for a good reason) and I know the general consensus is that applying in the earlier rounds is always better
Avani004 - the best way to reach out to IESE AdCom is by sending an email and requesting a 1:1 meeting to discuss your profile. If they don't respond for a while, LinkedIn outreach is fine.
If you're applying in the later rounds, one of the potential concerns that AdComs may have (playing the devil's advocate) is how serious you're about the school e.g. why didn't you plan/ apply earlier? Do you have other offers and are looking at their school as another option? etc. The best way to address these is to have a honest chat with them, and present a strong application.
