Yes. There’s a word limit.
1. Please elaborate on your professional relationship with the candidate providing details on such – the duration of your relationship, nature of projects you worked on, and so on, etc) (100 word limit)
2. How do the candidate’s performance, potential, or personal qualities compare to those of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles? Please provide specific examples. (300 words)
3. Please describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant. Please detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response. (250 words)
Please confirm if this applies to MiM?

For IESE MBA application... someone please confirm if the work experience details should be position wise or company wise (should I mention all the positions individually or only the latest position for each company - there is no option to mention starting and ending position within the same entry)

Hi Prince, I know many Eng that opted for Iese and shifted to Management Consulting, that’s one of the best schools for this kind of move

ps

I’d like to have your feedback on this: I’m a management consultant in my 30s and I studied for the GMAT for 1 y but I scored very low 455

I’d like to join Iese MBA but I feel like my GMAT score is way to low to even try

Hi @Artigan , IESE’s MBA GMAT exam acceptance range is 580-750, or 545-715 under the Focus edition. IESE recommends a score at or above 50th percentile under each format. For more info. please take a look at the recent class profile or their application requirements page.

Apart from the GMAT score, your whole story (awards, achievements, impact creation, extracurriculars and more) altogether matters a lot. It would be great to apply with a better score. Good luck!

Can someone help review my profile please?

- Education: Humanities background (1st class honors) from leading university with 2 years of exchange abroad (Several exp of working as a chairman of committee to high-profile conference + being delegate representing the university in international conference in other countries)

- Southeast Asian woman (26 yo)

- Experience: 1 year in e-commerce platform and 3 years of working in top3 multinational beauty FMCG companies (from E-com management trainee to regional mkt/e-com manager) My role involves managing budget to plan and launch campaigns across all online channels

- But my GRE is relatively low: 302 (Q155 V147)

I'm not sure if my profile will be competitive enough considering that my GRE is quite low. Also given that I just got into a new role as regional, I'm not sure if my new schedule will allow me to improve the score that much if I retake it (I have took it twice) Or is there any recommendation how I can compromise this?

Thank you so much!

Hi Mycatstama , I hope all is well!

Good leadership and international exposure, can make you a compelling candidate for IESE. With a first-class honors degree in humanities, leadership roles in high-profile conferences, and a career trajectory from e-commerce management trainee to regional marketing/e-commerce manager at a top FMCG company, you showcase global experience and leadership potential. However, your GRE score of 302 is a notable weakness, especially in the competitive applicant pool, retaking to improve the score should enhance your profile. If retaking the GRE is not feasible, consider compensating by excelling in other application components, such as essays and LORs, and showcasing your impact, leadership, and unique perspective as a Southeast Asian professional. Try to align your expertise with IESE’s global focus to further strengthen your application. Connect with alumni to get some more insights, this will also help you clarify your post-MBA goals. If you’d like, we are happy to hop on a 1:1 call with you to discuss your profile in detail. Please feel free to schedule a profile evaluation call according to your convenience.

Good luck!

Hello,
In the recommendation section of the application, it mentions

"IMPORTANT: Your recommendation letter should come from your recommenders professional email, so please register their professional email to receive the invitation."

Unfortunately, I have submitted the personal email of my recommenders. I know its completely my fault, but how bad is this situation? Did anyone else from prior rounds go through this situation?

Hi @shatanik08, please get in touch with the portal tech support team to help you resubmit the professional email address of the recommender. Applicants have provided personal emails in the past. Only after they have justified the reasons for choosing personal email!
