No comms are sent out to this “Manager” until you have got a shortlist and joined the institute. When a BGV is done, the Managers email ID is just kept as reference. So feel free to put in the name of your current Manager.

Yes, results will be declared on 31st October according to IIMA website. R1 portal currently showing the same page wherein we have to submit our resume + essays.

Previous years GMAT club posts suggest that last year results were announced on the declared date only. However for 2024 intake, results were declared before the declared date. So no strong trend

Yes, you can attempt even on 23rd Nov, but earlier the better
