General observation is if you're single digit in CWL, you have high chances

Is there a chance that WL can better in CWL for example if the WL now is in 20s can it go down in CWL?

If R2 has some better candidates, CWL will be pushed further to 21 or 22 or whatever the number of candidates ahead you
