You have 1 month until after you accept the offer to pay the fee. In the meanwhile you will have the time to apply for scholarships and get in touch with the team. And on top of that I think you also have 2 weeks from the day offer was released to accept the offer. Thats what I can see.

Thanks! If I understand it right: offer date to acceptance: 2 weeks, offer date to commitment fee payment date: 4 weeks, Scholarship decision: between 2nd and 4th week. Is that correct?
