Hi team, would like to get a profile evaluation.
10th- 95%, 12th - 88%, Btech CSE(VIT Vellore) - 8.82. WES evaluation CGPA- 3.95/4
3+ years work experience in ZS Associates on consulting end. 1 promotion. Have received recognition awards for good performance ( Received PPO)
Have won multiple national level case competitions from IIM C, IIMB etc. Awarded Dare2compete top 30 Eng Leaders. Received Special achievers award from College.
State level Table tennis player. Won multiple school state level tournaments, and represented at nationals. Have Khelo India Scholarship.
Senior Diploma in Painting and Music( Tabla Instrument). Also have volunteer experience as student consultant in NGOs and helping underprivileged communities. Have 2 language experience- Japanese and Chinese.
Recently gave GRE - but scored only 315. Would retake the exam to get a higher score to apply in Round 2. What are the chances of securing an admit through this profile for Insead

Diversity of experiences- Sports, music, and painting.
Concerns: GRE 315 is a
major weakness. INSEAD takes a holistic view, but the bar is high for Indian candidates (often need to exceed average). Work experience is
within range but on the younger side vs. INSEAD’s average (~6 years). You’d need to emphasize
maturity and global leadership readiness.
Aim for a GRE score of 325+, it would make your profile competitive, provided Essays + LoRs are strong.
Do you have
international experience (work/ travel outside the country)? Also, can you deepen the impact or quantify your NGO experience?
