As per our Staged Admissions dates, 21 October is the latest date by which you should hear from us. To me, this clearly means that 21st is the latest, but that you could hear before that.

Correct, that is clear to me as well. Just curious to know if there are specific days they tend to send these emails out (or perhaps when the first emails tend to go out) so I can prepare myself

Yes I saw that too. The first invite on Gmatclub last year happened 16 days after the deadline. But the girl did send her application a couple of days prior to the deadline which was sep 16th. According to head of admissions, they start looking at apps as soon as they are submitted, the earlier you do so, the earlier they check you out. According to her, they also started looking at this year's applications prior to the submission of the videos. So anytime between october 7th and 14th would make sense. Wait and see and goodluck to all!!

My questions were mostly focused on entrepreneurship and how I would establish the foundations of my company. I won't put the exact questions here since I think part of the point is that INSEAD wants to see how you can think on your feet I found it really fun! It's a great way to demonstrate your way of thinking, personality and presence to a committee that would otherwise only be able to judge your potential based on your written application. If a picture is worth a 1000 words, think what a video can do for you If you approach it with this attitude, you'll do great. Relax and enjoy!
