Hi,
Case-by-case basically means that the power to accept/reject your request for GMAT extension lies with ISB. It is not a blanket approval for all candidates and each request would be dealt individually. Since this information is not officially hosted on ISB website, they still have the final call on granting approval for such request.
This terminology is used when the b-school doesn't want to be taken for a ride by applicants.

Hi,
In the Preview Application page, there seems to be a section for Preferred Interview Location (It is blank for me). But I'm not able to figure out where to enter the data for this section. Any idea?
