Hi All,

I'm facing an issue while filling up the employment details section in the ISB application. I worked with 2 companies post my graduation. I could update the latest job details, but when I try adding my previous employment details, the system throws an error "The details during this period already exists'. But I do not see those details on my application inspector. I did write to pgp@isb.edu 3 days back, yet to hear back from them, I tried calling them umpteen number of times but nobody answered. If anyone else faced a similar challenge, can you please tell me how was it resolved. Any help would be very useful.

I am not able to find a CV upload section in my ISB application form. If that is the case, is there any other section in which I can/have to upload my CV?

Hi All,

I didn't face this issue but I faced a similar application related issue. I dropped an email and then called the admissions team and they resolved it in a couple days.

I guess you should try all the numbers on the website.

There's no CV upload section. The employment details and extracurriculars/awards sections in the application form cover all the information that a CV would typically have.

Hi,

Just make sure that the employment dates that you're filling don't overlap with each other and they also don't overlap with your education dates (in case it is part time work). Often times the ending and starting dates overlap leading to the Error. If that isn't the case then write to the admission team and probably they'll help you out.

Prashanthkonduru, I agree with StepVue. I have faced the same issue in the past, and it happened because the dates were overlapping.

anubhavkashyap, if you want to apply with your last score, simply enter the details of that score in the application form, but if you're planning to retake GMAT then first take the approval to submit the score after R1 deadline, and once it's approved, then enter the GMAT score as 800 in the application form. In case you fail to improve in our GMAT retake, you can submit the current high score.

You are right, it worked. I dont know how I was making this stupid mistake, my 1st job end date and 2nd job joining date were overlapping. Thank you so much, this is such a relief.

In all probability, ISB interviews would happen online (zoom, skype, meet, teams etc.) just like most global b-schools. In some cases, they might opt for telephonic interview, but I guess those would be rare.

Be ready to talk to a screen! :P

Can anyone please confirm that if we apply for the GMAT extension, it will surely be approved as long as we have the GMAT exam date screenshot before 31st Oct? What does a case-by-case basis means?

RishabhM, I don't there's much meaning behind "case-by-case basis". Most likely, all the requests will be approved. Just make sure to send your request a few days in advance of the deadline.
