Calling all ISB PGP Applicants - (2022 Intake) Class of 2023

Thanks for the initiative, Preppie. We have also collated some questions from the applicants:
1. Seems your startup idea is promising. Why don’t you pursue it in the next 12 months and then apply to ISB if you feel a need next year.
2. 60-70% of class applies for Consulting roles. However, only 30% of the class enters consulting right after ISB. How do you think you will beat competition?
3. Explain a leadership challenge you have faced and explain what you could have done better.
4. You have mentioned your hobbies as – Bollywood movies and Indian politics. I am sure you will have some opinions about the Aryan Khan NCB issue. Can you please share with us your observations?
5. You worked in your family business along with your job in Oracle. How did you manage this bandwidth?
6. What is the difference between RFP vs RFI – explain with suitable examples.
7. What is the difference between product, solution, and service according to you when it comes to a technology offering?
8. What is one thing you want to change in your favorite product?
9. You have mentioned your long-term goal of starting your venture as a brokerage house. How will you distinguish yourself from the several other incumbents?

i agree, same here. applied on 11th Sep and still no invite. nada... On top of it the next weekend would be no interviews coz of Diwali

This is the first time ISB is not doing rolling final results ? I guess last year people had admits even in October!

Guys Hold on to your horses and don’t loose hope yet. ISB informs you about your scheduled interview (if you have been shortlisted) only 5-7 days before your interview. The interviews of R1 are expected to be going on till the end of November. So even if you have been shortlisted for an interview, you will not know it unless ISB sends over an invite and neither should you expect it to come early.

You will not get your invite before you are supposed to get it. So chill and keep praying. Best of Luck

Any idea regarding when will ISB start sending interview invites based on GRE score ?

Anyone with score less than 700 received an invite for this weekend?

Hi guys. one concern. How do you guys justify paying 45 lakhs for a year? I mean if you take a loan it will take 7-10 years to repay it with monthly emi of ~60k.

I was considering applying to isb. Now I’m having second thoughts. Would be great if someone can provide their inputs on this
