Hello! Had my interview yesterday. Profile: Reapplicant, 5 yrs of work ex in a consulting firm. Main questions asked: 1. Professional experience 2. Biggest challenge during work ex 3. Explanation of an Initiative I had started at work 4. What is my plan B 5. Long term goal 6. Hobbies

I also got questioned on similar lines.. How long did your interview last?

Hi, I had my interview on 13th. It was largely conversational. There were 3 alums. I was logged in from my phone as my laptop had some last minute glitch. I was asked to keep my video stable so had to put my phone against my laptop to begin with. Post that it was a normal discussion.

They asked to describe major junctions from undergrad till now and what caused this shift. Asked about my educational and internship experience. Quizzed about my goals-goal clarity is something they wanted to see. Some questions about my work and what I do, in my present and previous jobs. Asked about my weakness at work and how I resolved the same, along with an instance to justify the same.

Had my interview with Panel no 4 today- conversational and grilling. Aimed at trying to understand my reasons for what I did as part of my career and what I intend to do post MBA. They were sweet and it wasn’t stressful at all. But preparing on the exact reasons of why you want to pursue something in addition to being honest about weaknesses in my work experience was helpful. 3 years work ex: mix of analytics and running my own social enterprise.
