I was sharing info about Europe not UK. UK has recently introduced 2years stay back and language isn’t an issue there so it’s anyday better than Europe. Still most of Oxford, Cambridge, HEC Paris, IMD Switzerland people are back in India as per LinkedIn.

Ireland is decent with 2 years stay back no communication barrier, if you are fluent with Dutch and culture (before MBA) Netherlands would be fine.

I was talking more about the One year IIM programs vs ISB PGP.

At 5 + years experience 2 year IIM ship has sailed a while back.

ISB has more companies for placements but the word on the street is they seem to haave bias towards lesser work experience (sweet spot of 3-4 years). Wanted to know if this piece of ’gossip’ actually holds water?

Also recognition of 1 year IIM MBA programs in the industry. Anyone has colleagues/ know people who might have done these programs?

You may. Even I had mentioned awards and extra curriculars from 2012 to 2014 in my application for R1. Anything which add value to your overall profile counts.
