I believe there are just 2 possibilities if you quit your job- unemployment or a new engagement (job or entrepreneurship).
Unemployment may not be desirable for several reasons- weakens the work experience, tough to find another job as the admission decision and start of the program is still far.
Starting something new may not give you enough time to do justice to the new engagement and can potentially weaken the work profile.
However, you may have something genuine that could be explained without weakening your overall profile, but not enough information here to go by.
Either way, you will definitely have to answer your motivation to leave the job and how it ties into your overall journey from current job to ISB to post MBA goals.
