Guys, I am having a problem with ISB YLP admission process and status. I received a mail saying that my application was incomplete because of a document and I need to send it to them within 2 days. I sent it the very next day.
They sent a mail saying "thank you for reaching out to ISB admission team" and that they will contact me if any other info is required. My portal however showed that my application is incomplete because of the same message. They replied sending a mail asking me to send the docs again as they have not received it.
I have sent it to them again, but how can they reply to the mail with the documents an then send a mail that they have not received it? I can’t reach to them on call as I am on hold for a very long time everytime I try. I am now scared that this will affect my admission process and I don’t know what to do. Please help me out with this. Thank you
