I’m guessing that they would be some composite scoring or analysis through my research, both primary and secondary. I can’t be certain.
Current students review the applications for interview shortlists and interviewers are alumni who have to review the application to ask you questions, isn’t it? Some do and don’t ask typical questions (just like mine did) while some don’t review much and ask generic questions.
I’m not sure what happens next but the Admissions team probably gets feedback/scores on various interview factors and then uses these along with the application scores/highlights to decide the final list.

was just about to ask the same ; looks like it. the ISB website works fine, but the pgp app portal looks to be down
