Hey! Your work experience is pretty good. While it's on the software side, but glad that you highlighted the implementation part which is not that common (so you can get a bit of advantage there). Looks like you have some great stories from work experience which you can use for essays. Now, the transition to Product Management is quite relevant considering your past work experience but you will have to articulate really well the why MBA and why ISB part (which is a deal breaker these days). Your college and work ECAs are quite relevant and you should build some really good stories from them for your Essay 1.
Looking at your profile, you should target 675+ on GMAT FE to get that initial attention from adcom as candidates for IT pool have higher GMAT scores.
You can take 2~3 courses and focus on learnings. You can then take leverage of those courses in your interviews and the optional essay. If you are taking these courses then you must build a solid story for Essay 3 (optional essay) and it can help you big time.

@Spectre26 - Your acads and undergrad pedigree are good. Aiming for 10-20+ points above ISB's latest published GMAT average would be ideal. This comes to around 685 - 695 GFE.
Extracurriculars seem a bit outdated, any recent involvement i.e. after undergrad?
Some thoughts to ponder on, which would help craft strong essays:
- What are your unique skillsets gained through your roles? Which of these are transferable to your post-MBA roles?
- How does an MBA and particularly ISB help you bridge skillset gaps and set you on path to achieving your goals?

Hi! Your profile is good but will have to understand the impact you made for a thorough evaluation. The renewables experience will certainly give you an edge over other applicants but the impact/contribution you made will be more important and strengthen your profile. Similarly your automotive experience can help and you can emphasize a bit more on forecasting, analytics, and value stream here. From both the experiences you should highlight leadership initiatives/key initiatives you took that impacted the organization positively and how these experiences have shaped you personally as well as professionally.
Out of the three extra-curriculars, the second one is exciting and you should build a nice storyline to use it in essay 1 for ISB. Here also you should highlight the key initiatives you took and how they helped the overall student community. You can also showcase if you arranged some events, as part of this club, to increase student engagement (or any other initiatives you took to increase student engagement).
Your post MBA goals need to be clearer which means you will have to get into the specifics of strategy roles in energy/mfrg sector and how MBA/ISB will help you achieve those goals (i.e. why can't you get into strategy roles without ISB/MBA). A lot of work needs to be put in here as this is one of the major deal-breakers to get an admit.
