Hi, What were the topics for the on spot essays?

Hi, while entering the details of my recommendor, it is asking the details of his organisation. Since he was my previous manager and has switched his organisation now, which organisation name should I mention? His new organisation or the organisation in which he was my manager

Does anybody know what is the last date for R2 interviews

Given that ISB is not able to conduct interviews in a proper manner currently And as some of the consultants have mentioned that "not many" interviews have happened till now Is there a possibility that R2 interviews might go on beyond typical last date of R2 interviews (as per previous years trend) ? Also, seems like a lot of interviews are being cancelled and rescheduled(no specific dates provided for rescheduling yet)

Are the admits/final results declared on rolling basis? Secondly, how much time it takes for the final admits after the interview?

Not on rolling basis. All results of a round are declared on a particular day. 10-12 days max after last interivew date

As far as I understand, for ISB, the final results are declared on a single day. The usual result dates are around mid feb for R2 considering the batch start date is mid April. This is based on the past few years of data. Don’t know how it’s gonna play out this year 🥲
