Hi shubhamsomani020, Given whatever has been shared, having your own construction firm is one of the best part and this along with masters in structural from IIT gives a sense of direction.
The academics scores are average.
Based on what you have shared, aim for 685+
What else could have been shared - a) BE college b) What were the 3 jobs that you did - what function and domain c) any extra curricular outside of college? This will help analyze better. But assuming them to be average, the target should be about 685.
