And how much does it cost to reschedule the GMAT?
That depends on when you reschedule the GMAT.

The fees for rescheduling is:

More than 60 days before appointment: $55
15-60 days before appointment: $110
14 days or less before appointment: $165

Hi dhruv220, Being CA with big 4 experience in audit is the highlight of your profile, which is quite attractive for any MBA college. Plus, you have been performing well within your organization and team, which shows consistency and desire to excel.
Academics are decent overall. The B.Com college is not mentioned so assuming that to be okayish, the academic side is better than average.
Since you are planning to apply next year, maybe you can try to get some experience in some kind of extra curricular (NGO, sports, arts, whatever you love). With that, your overall profile will definitely be highly competitive for selection. You will also complete 3+ years of work ex by next year which will be better.
Try to achieve 675+ to be on safer side of competition. But target higher since you have some time in hand. Best Wishes.

RaagaTG, Exceptional academics. Outstanding scores and NIT with top 3 rank. The work experience of HPCL provides in depth knowledge of project management and operations. You have worked on renewable energy projects which is quite relevant in current scenario. All of these, combined with you being a regular athlete, makes your profile really good. Target anything more than 655 and you will be good. Some differentiation in your job as compared with similar profile applicants for Oil PSUs will need to be explained along with your career aspiration during application/interview stage. But for now, target to get a good GMAT score.

Career gap - 04 years

What should be my target GMAT FE score, I have already scored 605 but planning to give one more attempt and is my profile has a potential to get shortlisted at ISB (planning to apply this year)? Apply in which round (1st or 2nd)?
Sunny00731, Quite a wide variety of administrative experience. The governemnt work is especially quite challenging and provides a good range of different experiences. You will not be short of stories to highlight in application/interview. Real Estate experience too is quite different than what applicants generally have. Overall, you have enough in your profile to go through based on quality of work you have done.

But, and quite a big BUT. While shortlisting, your quality of work is generally not the most evident criteria. The four years gap will be something which will be difficult to make people understand. It may have been for exam preparation, and every year multiple govt employees get selected despite most of them having career gap, mostly owing to exam preparation. But, at application stage its difficult to get this message across.

So two suggestions - a) Try really good GMAT - 675 onwards b) Plan for colleges other ISB as well, like IIMA, B, C etc where number of applicants is lower hence probability of "being visible" is higher.

R1 or R2 doesnt matter

What should be my target GMAT FE score ?

How competitive is profile for ISB PGP?(planning for applying this year)
WA@kio2956, SBI (Banking)

WA@kio2956, SBI (Banking) + TCS (IT) + Family Business (Entreprenuership). Good profile to have. You will be good contender of Fintech PM roles if you are willing to go in that direction.

Acads are on slightly average side, but otherwise all good.

Target around 655-665. A 30-40 points improvement from current mock score. But even if you get a 645, you can still convert ISB with more effort in application/interview. But try to avoid it to the extent possible with good GMAT score.
