Profiles are evaluated in the context of your future goals and motivations. So, what do you want to do in the future?
That being said, your experience is slightly on the lower side for ISB, so you must note that having depth in your area of work will form a strong foundation for how your profile is viewed. Judgment of your personal as well as professional maturity will also play an important role during the evaluation. It's okay that you have done a lot of AI implementation and streamlining initiatives. But admissions officers have a weakness for applicants who are, in the well-traveled term, "passionate" about pursuing their dreams. It is only human to respond to enthusiasm.
ISB will use the essays to make an indirect assessment of the quality of your mind and thought process. Do you think critically about the problems in your company or industry? Can you craft a compelling case that links your past, your goals, and your target program? What is your unique story and motivation? What are you trying to solve for the long term, and why?
I also feel that if the professional pointers are somewhat representative of the actual resume, you are likely downplaying the leadership angle of your work contributions. Younger applicants who get through the ISB PGP usually do quite the opposite. Feel free to chat if you would like some direction.

Ofcourse it’s absolutely ok... executive MBA in IiMs have an average of 8 years of work experience. So you are most welcome to apply however you chances of acceptance will be much brighter in IIMs than in ISB

But since ISB has admitted a candidate with 17 years of experience so everyone in range 2-15 years of experience should be encouraged to apply

Although there have been student feedback that placement for candidates with higher years of experience is not as pleasant and easy as it is for less experienced in range 3-6 years

Just hard... but every bit of worth...

Remember the definition of good and bad placements change from place to place.

So what they call not so good might be better than expectation for many 🙂

You Have some heavy weight names (Deloitte, PepsiCo and JP Morgan Chase) on your work experience to begin with. People can convert ISB with just one such brand name 😅

Also, I see that your academic scores are also decent

For European Names, I suggest that you definitely add tehse two names to your list of schools in addition to what you have : INSEAD and HEC unless you have specific reservation for them 😛

Admission committees admire the impact that candidates make at their work and I see plenty of them here. In Deloitte you have done financial modeling and work with CFO on digital transformation of network followed by recognition are a few great stories that capture your managerial potential.

Good leadership stories as well.

I suggest focus on getting a good GMAT and you might open doors of INSEAD as well which should be top in your target list (if going global is what you seek)

I am sure any school would see in you a potential candidate.

You just need to be careful of your career goals and weave a story around them.

Reach out if you need anymore discussion on your profile snapshots 🙂
