Hello! Please provide me an honest profile evaluation:

Class 10 - 94.8% (ICSE, 2017)

Class 12 - 95.4% (CBSE, 2019)

Pursued my Integrated M.Tech. in Computer Science (UG + PG), Batch of 2019-24 at the University of Hyderabad. Gold Medallist with 9.67/10 GPA. Published research papers in IEEE and Springer. Served as Class Representative throughout the five years, along with Student Placement Coordinator and Teaching Assistant in my final year (2023-24). Won IoE (Institute of Eminence) Achiever’s Awards for being top of my class in two consecutive semesters. Won the GE HealthCare’s HACK’E’LTH Hackathon, and was part of the top 50 teams in the Amazon ML Challenge. Was the quarter-finalist of the intra-university Table Tennis tournament.

Currently working at a global asset management firm as an Advanced Data Scientist I. Started out as a Tech Strategy Associate in 2024, got promoted to Data Scientist I in June 2025, and then a double promotion to my current role in Feb 2026 (skipped Data Scientist II). As part of my role, I’ve led delivery of AI Agents to business partners - (i) Tax Invoice Analysis Agent to automate extraction of information such as overall tax breakdown, invoice number, VAT ID etc. This led to 150+ hours and INR 370K of savings for the Indirect Tax Team (ii) Compliance Review Agent to review sales PPTs for their adherance to the firm’s design standards. With this agent, the process now takes 2 days, down from 1 week.

As part of my current role, I have also mentored graduate trainees and interns throughout the project lifecycle, conducted a hackathon to hire fresh graduates, spoken at internal meetups to enlighten non-tech employees about GenAI concepts and trends, and presented best practices and standards of GenAI development to senior technology leadership - which steered the course of the organization’s AI strategy.

I currently have a GMAT Focus 715 (Q 90, V 85, DI 82).

Solid acads and the GMAT. But the profile is heavily execution-oriented. In your application try to adopt the lens of a PM in how you speak about your work. Stay away from implementation jargon. Prove that you can identify what to build and why, understand users, prioritize, make trade-offs, and decide what not to build. Stay away from generic PM goals as well. Be specific about what problems/products/companies you want to work on (and why?), and why an MBA is necessary for that transition when you are already progressing quickly internally. This is an extremely crowded applicant pool, so you need a more distinctive personal/professional thread around what you want to build, and what motivates you.

Your leadership experiences are appropriate for someone with two years of experience, but the application needs to show (a lot of) influence without authority as that is central to PM work. If you claim you steered the course of organization's AI strategy, that needs to be backed up with a concrete example or, ideally, the LOR.

Too thin to evaluate properly. I am amazed you still got some evaluation. Read a bit about your reject. Just here to say that the concerns can come from areas that arent mentioned in the profile description. What did you do for 4 years in India ? clinical practice, hospital admin, a healthcare startup, pharma? Also, what is your UK role? If you moved to the UK just a year ago, why do you want to come back and move into consulting? You need to assuage the evaluator's concerns. Clinician-to-consulting is one of the most heavily scrutinized pivot narratives adcoms see, because it is pretty common and because the WHY is so often thin. Applicants generally default to "I want broader impact" or "I want to move from individual patient care to systemic change," which every clinician applicant says, verbatim, ofcourse in different words. If your goals narrative doesn't have a specific, personally earned reason for this pivot (a trigger, an epiphany, frustration, a project that pulled you toward strategy/systems work), it will read as generic regardless of how strong your numbers are. You need to be very smart in how you approach the ISB and IIMA apps.

I left my job in September 2025 after ~2 years, as the long hours and commute were affecting my health. I took about 6 months to focus on my health and well-being, and started preparing seriously for the GMAT from March/April 2026. During this break, I also realized I lacked a formal finance education — my knowledge was mostly built on the job. This is a big reason I want to do an MBA: to build strong finance fundamentals and move into top finance roles post MBA.

Front end clinical roles in India , front end clinical role in UK.

Seen better patient outcomes in UK due to better efficiency in the system, uniform guidelines , electronic health records , use of AI in diagnostics . That made me realise that patient outcome function is systems

• 3 internships in Undergraduation to develop a tested career for my future
• ⁠Sales and Marketing in an advanced delivery based Nutraceutical Start up with experience in GTM, Pricing, Competitive Landscape, and I authored 28 Market Research Reports that directly led the leadership team to increase the ingredient portfolio from 3 to 13 ingredients in different global regions.
• ⁠Started my venture with my brother in Textile Industry wherein I handled merchandising, production and customer acquisition. We went from 2 customers($5000 MRR) revenue to ($19,000 MRR) revenue with a total number of customers to 7. I led cross functional team and led the role of Strategic Business Development.

The only disadvantage is that R3 is a balancing round and there are waitlisted candidates also eyeing for a seat.

So conversion is considered slightly tricky and difficult.

But to bring you a good news, a candidate of mine , Male, from non-engineering background and part consulting (1st) and part family business background converted ISB R3 with 625

So, you don’t have to feel pressured if you feel R3 is best time for you to apply with max ammunition to fire😅
