Needs more context on your profile to give a real read. In general, flagship programs are more skeptical of family business candidates. It is quite hard for the adcom to separate what you built from what you inherited access to. The ones who get through usually deliberately build the application and arrange the LORs so a credible outside voice, not family, not the business, validates their capability. If the rest of the profile holds up, the round does not matter. Because this isn't an overrepresented pool, and most who apply get filtered out for thin substance. That's also exactly why several schools, ISB included, run a dedicated track for family business candidates (PGP MFAB), the flagship program is evaluating a different personality type than that track is built to evaluate.
