I am a 27 year old Indian female and I have been working for Accenture for the last 4 years. I started out as a Software Engineer and after one year i transitioned to move to IT Operations. Currently i am workng as an IT Operains Senior Analyst. My current responsibilties include serving as an offshore lead and liasioning with the client to understand requirments and assist in UAT ( User AcceptanceTesting) issues. Besids, i am also handling and supervisng the end to end delivery of applications for a team size of six. My journey so far has been very progressive, two promotions with highest performance ratings and various prestigious awards in my bag. Got a 680 on GMAT.

Hi,
I came to know that Kelley people will offer face-to-face interviews in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore and they will start from Delhi first. I'm from Delhi and I haven't got any communication from Kelley regarding the interview yet. Should I consider myself dinged or is there any hope?

Did all of you receive an email for the interview invite or was it a change in the application portal?
I received an email detailing 3 options for an interview. They wanted me to choose one (I chose to interview when admission officers passed through my city) and inform them of my choice.

I submitted my application on the deadline day Jan 5th. I was surprised to see the invitation mail after only 5 days.

Hey Austin90

I am a female , 26 of Indian nationality. I have 3.5 years of work ex in Marketing at a fortune 500 company and a score of 710.I have decent extra curriculars such as working with AIESEC and singing on national television etc. If I were you , I wouldn't be too disheartened because I noticed that Brad is due here in a week. My take is that they sent out the invites to Indians first to coincide with Brads visit.
Anyhow , I opted for a F2F in Mumbai on the 18th/19th of this month.
