Hi. Had my Kellogg interview on campus with an admissions committee member. It was 35 minutes long and very cordial.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Why did you choose your undergraduate school? Why did you choose your major?
- What has been your experience leading teams at work?
- Tell us about a time when you resolved conflict on a team.
- What are your favorite activities outside of work?
- Why Kellogg? Why MBA? Why now?
- Tell us about any experience you may have working with colleagues abroad. What are the challenges / benefits?
- Do you have any questions for me?
I am still unsure of how Kellogg factors in interviews in their admissions process considering they interview 90% of their applicant pool. Anyway, we shall see. Hope this post helps.

lads, seems last year most of the admits were released during the last few days of R1 - my Kellogg friend recalled he got the call from adcom two days before the deadline. I have been weighing the good and bad side of my application ever since my interview 3 weeks ago though realizing no use doing that but can't help. Honestly I am not expecting anything around Thanksgiving, time to really get started and focused on R2 application.
