Just had my interview. People who applied in Round 1. How long it took from the interview to final decision?

So my interviewer mentioned that the results will be out on Dec 13

That’s correct. Regardless of when your interview was, results are scheduled to be released December 13.

Has any of you tried reaching out to adcom? I emailed them last week and they gave a generic response saying “they will notify about an interview or waiver in the next few weeks”. Posted from my mobile device

Just got done with my interview. It was with a 2Y student. It was pretty QnA based and targeted. Sharing the questions below (paraphrased) - walk me through your resume - what are your top achievements - why mba - what is your leadership style - what is the biggest problem you solved - how will you contribute to kellogg - what is something that is not on your resume, and that we have not discussed till now - do you have any questions for me
