3 and 1/2 years at MiQ Digital (Digital Marketing startup) I am currently a Lead Business Analyst.
- I created campaign insights, pre campaign recommendations and custom targeting strategies. also automated cilent reporting and routine analyst tasks to direct manual work to more ad-hoc requests
- I craft client pitches, campaign reporting, insights and actionable recommendations powered by advanced data analytics
- Additionally I devise campaign optimizations and create automated targeting strategies to boost ad campaign performance and increase MiQ’s revenue
- I train new-joiners and interns. Conducted several interviews and hiring drives to recruit freshers for the company
- I am a stakeholder for multiple local products and act as a liaison between the Analytics Team and the product & tech teams or third-party vendors

- Why MBA, Why now
- Since I work at a start-up, he asked me to elaborate on the structure of my company and how my growth has been there(2 promotions in 3 years)
- Tell me about your leadership style (explained with an example. Research the school well and try to talk to current students)
- Why Kellogg (spoke about how I will be involved there as well)
- Tell me about a time where you worked with a diverse team
- Asked me about Chicago winters ("Fun Question")

Interview went on for 30-35 mins and then a couple of questions for him.

pattern is good and since we dont know the specific replies it would be hard to judge but with the information based on the alignment to your goals seems fine.

Hello! I matched with the interviewer 5 days back and even sent the email to them, but did not receive any reply back. Also sent them a follow up email a couple days back but no reply. Anyone else faced the same issue? Or what should I do next?
