I've been lurking this forum for a while and am excited to say that I've been accepted to Krannert's full-time MBA program and will be attending. If there's anyone else that is doing the same please pm me and let me know if there's already a group made somewhere and if not we should start one. I would love to go ahead and meet some of my fellow future classmates.
I know I was wondering how long it would take so, I thought I would let anyone who is concerned know how long it took to get scholarship and GA info after the admit.
I am a round 2 applicant and I got my scholarship/GA info a week after my admit letter.
I have been accepted with a GA. (I received the GA about a week after the acceptance email.) My basic profile is 640/white/2 years experience.
Best of luck to anyone still waiting, or thinking of applying next year.
I will be matriculating, so feel free to shoot me a pm. I'll probably move to Lafayette in June or July, and I'd love to start getting to know you all.
Hi Guys, Quick question about what points to address in SOP for Purdue Krannert MBA program On the application page, the question is mentioned as: "A statement of purpose is required for all degree-seeking applicants. Please submit a statement of approximately 300-500 words concerning your purpose for undertaking or continuing graduate study, your reasons for wanting to study at Purdue, and your professional plans, career goals, and research interests. You also may explain any irregularities or special circumstances applicable to your background and elaborate on your special abilities, awards, achievements, scholarly publications, and/or professional history."
However, on multiple admissions website I see different subquestions regarding SOP Please submit a statement introducing yourself to the admissions committee. Some topics you may wish to discuss include: (500 words max) a. Brief academic and professional background b. Reason for seeking an MBA or Master's degree at Purdue c. Desired career path after graduation d. Your thoughts on giving back as a student and as an alumnus

Nathan, Congratualtions! You have made a wise decision to matriculate. I am a current student in the MBA program so if you have any questions about the area or anything else I'd be happy to help!
Do you have an idea as to what functional area you will be concentrating in?
