Kira interview will be sent on 18th (tomorrow) and they say it can take up to two weeks for the interviewer pairing

You should get an email from your regional admissions manager soon - my one has scheduled a group chat for any questions at this stage of the application process

Not sure about R1 but roughly 50% get interviewed, 25% get admitted
