Welcome everyone who is stuck in purgatory of the McCombs Texas Waitlist in the 2022-2023 App Season!

For some it is a blessing and for some it will be a curse. Let's hope for a shorter and easier WL process!

I do have some tips for the Waitlisted group that I just put together yesterday and so far my best piece on the process of Waitlist:

Hi

The Web decision letter says, "Note that waitlisted applicants are not guaranteed to receive an updated admissions decision until the end of the application cycle."

What does the end of the application cycle mean?

End of the application cycle refers to the decision date of the last round (Round 3: May 4th, 2023)

I feel it has to be decent considering many people who have been admitted have received multiple admits

does anybody know when McCombs typically release the WL results? I hear its May. This means being WL by McCombs is equivalent to getting dinged
