Hey guys! I just received an email from the adcom saying that my application is incomplete. Upon checking the application portal, I found that the application in incomplete due to the issue with the undergrad grade scale. I had already uploaded the grade scale at the back of my transcript which contains detailed info regarding the scoring pattern.
What else do I upload in that section to complete my application? Really confused. I have submitted the same grade scale to multiple collages and it has been accepted everywhere.

And ask for an acknowledgement.
Even if they don't revert immediately.. consider that mail itself as submission
