Only based on submission date. ND requires unofficial scores for the application. But, if your official score doesn't match your unofficial score report upload ... uh oh. My official GMAT wasn't uploaded until after ED deadline but my application was. So, I am still an ED candidate. Hope that helps! Best of luck!

I actually don't know - Notre Dame was one of the 5 schools I indicated on my GMAT thing when I wrote it, so they got it well in advance. I would recommend contact Dody Blue and tell her that you have sent your score in.
I believe that when you are applying all you need is just declaring how you did on the portal, the official score doesn't need to be submitted until you accept its offer? Either way check with her, cheers.
