Hi Surya can you clarify whether the dual degree with msba will be STEM or not especially since Iowa got its analytics concentration in mba to be classified as STEM.

I am thinking of applying to Notre Dame, however, it seems that the school has a very small International student intake. Can anyone please clear my apprehensions of applying to Notre Dame.

Hi Piyusha, I think it's relative as far as how low. International applicants from under-represented countries it's a completely different situation but if you're Indian, it's a rough time if you have a low GMAT. I would recommend that it be at least within the 80% range, that doesn't mean you'll get it but it means there's a chance you might get in if you do an awesome job on the application. I generally advise my Indian clients if they have at least 20 points over the average. if you can bring diversity to the school in some way, and articulate that effectively on the application, then there's a chance. That's an extremely underestimated way to separate yourself. When I often see with Indian candidates is that they work hard to improve their profile but it's communicated so ineffectively that it doesn't really help them. If you're unable to hire an admissions consultant, I would get a cross-section of people involved with your application from a variety of different countries and backgrounds. People you know who will tell you the truth.

I fall in the mid 80% range of Notre dame ! But not sure of the average GMAT of it as nothing has been mentioned on the official website.

I would like to slightly modify that question. Has anyone received a skype interview call because I was seriously getting worried and was about to make a call today to find out whether I have an incomplete application or are interview calls still going out or not?
