Has anyone received the official admission packet yet? I have made the first deposit, but I haven't received the formal admission letter along with the other important information about Notre Dame.

I have just interviewed with Ms. Debby, Assistant Director - Admissions from Notre Dame last week and here is my review:

- It was quite conversational, without surprising or tricky questions. Some of my questions were:
1, Walk me through your professional work after graduation
2, Why MBA RIGHT NOW?
3, Why MBA from Notre Dame?
4, Short-term goals or plan B if you cannot earn a working visa?
5, Tell me about a time when you had a tough/ difficult discussion?
6, Tell me about a time when you handled criticism?
7, What are your short-term goals, professionally or personally, and what steps have you taken to achieve them?
8, Fun fact about you?
9, Other hobby? Things you do in your free time?
10, Guesstimate question: How many backpacks sold in Vietnam in 2017?

So, all in all a good experience and the interviewer was nice and supportive.

Congrats. I see some posted their admits on ClearAdmit yet this thread is unusually quiet.

All I can say is buddy that don't lose hope.
One thing I learned from these forum is to NOT GET DEPRESSED!!! Yea, many success stories are published here but higher proportion of not getting admitted is never posted.
And to add, if not one place, the next will respond.

If you saw my profile, I am WL at Tuck but haven't even heard back from Cornell and KF - it's more about fit and how we convey to the AdCom and what they 'read' from our application file.

But since Jan 10! Give them a nudge, an update (if it is really worth - do soon) and see what happens.

Got in with a fellowship. I wanted to know if the premiere fellowships that cover non tuition expenses in addition to full tuition are awarded on the basis of the MBA application or there is a separate process for them. Also is it possible to get non tuition awards including graduate teaching positions after the classes have started?

There is no separate application process.

You could get a TA position or a job on-campus, but do not count on it. I'd also not recommend it unless you are an ace at time management since you simply won't have enough time to do justice.

Good luck!

Hi all,

Those who have secured an admit for the Full-Time MBA program. What would you consider a good scholarship? The expenses listed on the website appear a little vague. Would you know the approximate total expenses one might expect to incur during the program? Any inputs are highly appreciated.

Thanks

Good scholarship is highly subjective. One thing I can share with you is that you won't spend as much as they project on the website. South Bend is pretty cheap.

Anyways it seems you have a couple of other decisions coming soon. With your GMAT score, you should get a good admit pretty soon.

Hi,

I submitted my application on 9 Jan and got interviewed on 21st Feb. However, I did not receive any decision. Is there anyone else also in the same boat? What should I do?

I think R2 decisions have been rolled out by 24-Feb to everyone. You might try checking your spam/junk folder first. If still no, it would be a good idea to write an email to adcom.

Similar case. The interviewer told not to worry about the result since it will not come on the 24th. You can expect the result to come out on 27-28th Feb.
