It totally depends on your application. Sometimes they invite people to a Kira interview to assess your communication skills. That usually happens of you have a low score on the standardised test or had a TOEFL waiver.
A few people have received it today.

This also indicates that they are interested in you, so congrats...

Submitted my application on 9th January.
Based on the previous years thread -> People got invites as late as 11 feb.
I worked so hard on my ND application. Still no invites yet.

SUCKS!

Anyone waiting for the invites ?
Also, please update the decision tracker if you did receive an invite.

I too received an invite for Kira interview. Since I couldn't find any post regarding the questions asked, updating the same.

3 video questions, 10 sec preparation time, 1 min response time
a) How do you stay organised ?
b) Give one example where you had a positive impact on a team you were working with.
c) Share an incident where you had a creative idea in school or at work.

1 written question, no preparation time, 5 mins response time
a) What did you do last weekend ?

Understand your pain StoneCold.
An Indian IT Male client who wanted Mendoza badly, is waitlisted there. To worsen things further, he's now gotten ultra-busy, and needed several reminders to send a waitlist response mail.

Not easy to keep patience during such times, but patient you must be.

I had assumed though you would have applied in R1, esp for someone with your knowledge of the processes.

Its tough man.
I actually applied to a dual degree which has a class intake of only 25 students with an average GMAT of 720...

Also, I got done with my GRE exam in December so I had no choice but to apply in R2.

P.S -> With all my heart -> NOBODY and I mean NOBODY loves Notre Dame as I do.

I submitted my app on 9th January. I did not have my TOEFL back then. I got Kira interview invitation on 23rd January(crazy thing where you have one minute to respond on each question - I have completed it on 28th January). It really looks that Kira has a purpose to check communication skills. I got my TOEFL in the meantime (109) and they already have my GMAT (650). I already got admitted to SMU COX and Rochester Simon (scholarships included ) so I am becoming very impatient

I am also expecting to be admitted to TCU and College of W&M (already had a very positive interviews and feedbacks).

Profile:
WExp: 96 months
Experience : Currently Manager at PwC, last 6 years mainly BiG 4, before Big 4 I used to run my own company during student days (I sold it when I went to PwC)
Extracurricular:wrestling, rowing (few medals here and there, nothing really big) , board member of local NGO , board member of another NGO
