But then they would limit the number of interviews due to time constraints. Isn’t it better if we got a chance to get interviewed and improve our application?

As per my understanding, except kellogg, none of the other schools send out interview invite to more than 50% of applicants irrespective of announcing in on one day or doing it on a rolling basis. So number of invites do not get affected based on their rolling out method.
